Honeycomb-shaped
material is the achievement of bionics in
the 1930s. The products are of light specific gravity, high
strength, heavy load and excellent antivibration property,
used in producing airplane and war industry in the 1940s.
The honeycomb-shaped paperboard adopting honeycomb technology
to produce began to be used in people's life in the 1950s,
and honeycomb-shaped carton and paperboard pallet were widely
concerned as new packing material in heavy-type transportation
because of their light weight, high strength, excellent antivibration,
heat insulation and sound insulation property.
China began to produce and use honeycomb-shaped carton and
paperboard pallet in the late of 1990s, whose weight are only
one third of wooden box and wooden pallet in same specification,
but the load bearing are higher than wooden package, 2-5 times
of five-layer corrugated cardboard. Honeycomb-shaped products
are of multi-metope uniform structure, making them have excellent
antivibration property and the high-foam polystyrene(EPS)
not to be needed in packing goods. Moreover, they can be reused
or treated by burning method, not to bring pollution, known
as SR green package in the international.
Honeycomb-shaped carton and paperboard pallet are more friendly
to ecological environment and helpful to eliminate white pollution,
reduce the breakage in currency of exported products and improve
package quality.

of honeycomb-shaped paperboard adopting FBJ D-12/1300 fully-automatic
continuous production line passed technology approval by State
Light Industry Bureau( Dept.)(daily output is 5000 square
meters in every shift), the quality indexes are shown as follows:

USE:
1. used in heavy package such as household
appliances, electromechanical device, motorcycle, etc.; fragile
goods package such as colour picture tube, glass vessel and
ceram utensils, etc.
2. also used as indoor light clapboard,
reusable container, etc.
Note: we can produce composite honeycomb-shaped
paperboard such as three-ply board, five-ply board or fibre
board as cotton board according to the clients' requirements,
greatly improve products' various strengths, moistureproof power
and antipuncture property, etc.
