Main use:
TTEG can replace the DEG/TES in arene extractive
process, the charge quantity is reduced to 8-10 from 15-20,
therefore it can increase the producing effective efficiency
of extraction plant .
2¡¢ High hygroscopic agent , used as natural gas dryer, the
plasticizer of silicon rubber , polyvinyl acetate , cellulose
acetate ,ceramic plastic refractory, chemical modifier of
polyisocyanate ,polymethacrylate .
Caution:
1, TTEG close flash point 204°C,open
fire point 191°C,LD50(white rat :oral, one time )32800mg/kg.The
max safe level of air: 20mg/m3~2.3ppm(v/v),low toxic,combustible
organic matter .
2, Load & unload gently, avoid crash , far away from
the fire, the chemical dangerous goods. If leakage or contact
with human, washing it with lots of water. If fire, extinguishing
it with water, foam & sand.
Packaging and storage:
TTEG is extremely easy moisture absorption. 200kg in dry
clean aluminum drum /inner aluminum coating drum /inner aluminum
plating , the packaging should be filled with nitrogen. Stored
in dry airiness place, avoid moisture & insolation, far
away from the fire & heat source.
